TV Installation – DG Help

  1. Mounting Requirements: TVs can only be installed on concrete walls at a standard height for stability and safety.
  2. Exclusions: Standard installation does not include electrical work, trunking, or any other civil modifications.
  3. Building Permissions: Customers must arrange any required building permissions before installation.
  4. Contact Availability: If our team cannot reach the provided contact number, the installation will need to be rescheduled.
  5. Installation Timing: The installation schedule may vary due to traffic conditions or unforeseen natural events.
  6. Site Preparation: The installation area should be free from obstacles or old products and must have sufficient space for proper setup.
  7. Rescheduling Policy: Any rescheduling request must be made at least one day in advance.
  8. Pre-Installation Site Visit: If a site inspection is required before installation, additional charges will apply and must be paid in advance.
  9. Extra Services & Payments: Any additional services or costs identified during installation will be quoted, and work will proceed only after full payment is received.
  10. Concealed Utilities: Customers should inform the installation team in advance about any hidden wiring, water pipes, or utilities within the wall. DG Help will not be responsible for damages due to the absence of such information

AC Installation – DG Help

  1. Standard Installation Coverage: Includes a 5-meter pipe kit and installation.
  2. Mounting Requirements: AC units can only be installed on concrete walls for stability and safety.
  3. Additional Charges: Extra costs apply for additional pipe, wall brackets, trunking, old AC removal, and scaffolding.
  4. Extra Services & Payments: Any additional service requirements identified during installation will be estimated, and work will proceed only after full payment is received.
  5. Exclusions: Standard installation does not cover plumbing, electrical work, or other civil modifications.
  6. Building Permission: Customers must obtain the necessary building permissions before installation.
  7. Contact Accessibility: Failure to provide access to the registered contact number may result in rescheduling.
  8. Installation Timings: Installation schedules may vary due to traffic conditions or unforeseen natural events.
